Chocolate Banana Froyo

Do you have left over bananas? No time for banana bread? Say no more. Here’s an easy dessert for you!

Only 4 ingredients! No ice cream machine needed!

Equipment Required:

  • Food Processor

No counter space for a full-size food processor? Me neither.

Here is the link to my tiny food processor. It is actually a hand blender that has  accessories such as a whisk and food processing device.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 Tbs of cocoa powder
  • 2 Tbs of sugar (to taste)

******Optional: 2 Tbs of semisweet chocolate chips, and more  for topping

 

Procedure:

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or any sort of blitzing device. Pulse until fully combined.
  2. Top with chocolate chips, coconut shavings, or whipped cream
  3. Enjoy!
